My Betta loves them... I usually offer them (2 bloodworms) every other day in addition to his pellets.

How often should they be used?

He devours them and looks for more!

Your thoughts?

Are those Freeze-dried..or frozen..just not sure ..if there is a difference..I have tried freeze dried..and my fishy dont like em..but with the frozen..do u dethaw them??..or feed frozen..?..sorry I have never seen frozen ones.also did yu order on line..or in petco?

They are frozen... I thaw them in the refrigerator and give two worms every other day... I end up tossing most of the worms as they look bad after 3 days in the refrigerator... then I thaw more...

I just looked em up online..(kinda pricey) because of shipping..but must be worth it..I want to eventually get them..I have read good things about them, compared to F/D..Now I know why our Sammy hates em..but I do hear they are used sparingly..(Like a treat) so once a week, If it's only 2 should be alright, (not an expert with this)
