Hello!! Today I bought two ghost shrimp and would like to make sure they're not Macro shrimp. I will post some pictures. They're in a 5g QT tank. Can anyone help?

They both have little red bands on their wrists if that helps. Does anyone know how often I should feed them?

i never really fed my ghost shrimp specifically because they always picked up the crumbs. They did well enough to reproduce haha. I would anticipate the same if your betta is a messy eater or if they are in a community tanks with food being scattered
