I have determined my 5 guppies have anchor worm.
I am not sure how I would treat them and also treat/disinfect the tank.
Has anyone had this issue or know how to help treat and disinfect successfully?

Info - 10 gallon tank
Filtered
Aerated
Decently - densely covered with fake/live plants.
50% water change weekly
2 male 3 female guppies
Fed 5-6 days out of a week
Omega One flakes ^

Any help would be much appreciated

Well my go to book says that anchor worms are crustaceans that burrow into the fish. It said that you need remove the worms carefully with tweezers and the treat with antibiotics and a proprietary remedy in very clean tank. Though it also says this is best done by a vet.
