I have been posting for awhile & I finally have a new heated 10 gallon tank. Hubby put a divider in it so I will watch carefully and take one fish out if needed. I am just waiting to put fish in. Just a little excited and anxious to see if they survive it all. I hope I have plenty of plants to block their view. I have them floating in their old cups I bought them in. Wish us good luck and long life.

I saw some beautiful fish at Petco yesterday. I wanted to buy at least one so bad as it was beautiful. There was one at Walmart last week, prettier than usual also. I have managed to pay a lot of money on two rescue bettas that together cost less than $10. :lol:. I also saw my first King Betta, WOW. I am pretty sure hubby is tired enough of my new hobby by now. But he is good to help me with it so he is the real keeper. :-D.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful here. I know I am at the right place for advice when I need it.

that didn't last long

thanks for the welcome. I had company and it was grandson. He wanted to help with the fish, eek to myself. So in went the fish. I was never so glad they left early because by the time I went to check, of course the two males were trying their best to get at each other in divided tank. So now one has a nice tank and the other a smaller one. I am back to needing another plan.

thanks everyone. I did get granddaughter to take some pictures. Now just to get her here long enough for us to figure out how to post them, LOL. It may take some time but I hope to be able to show them off soon.

I finally decided to just put in loads of flowers beside the barrier divider. They are back in their divided side and doing a lot better. I'm still being very watchful and still enjoying them.
