I just joined a few moments ago. I didn't see one of the usual "say hello" forums so I thought, what better way to introduce myself than to do so with images of my fish, Azrael. We got him a petsmart in March of this year. I've had two betta before him several years ago. I hadn't thought to get another one but when I saw Azrael I was in love.

He was very withdrawn in the store and for the first few hours after we brought him home. But he has since gotten comfortable. He's always excited to see us when we walk near and will swim to us. I'm afraid I'm terrible with my camera so I have no phenomenal pictures like I've seen others have.

I was looking at old pictures and realized he has grown quite a bit. I managed to get some newer, nicer ones just now. And got some play time in also. (Following my finger around the tank. )

Of course the outside of my tank is filthy though. >,<
