Hello i just got my betta 2 days ago and i got him in a 3 gallon tank with a filter and heater and he keeps going by my filter and its scaring me i think he just got stuck again. how can i help him hes kind of scared of me from the last time i helped him

I am very happy to announce that he has freed himself unfortunately for him im not home all the time so i cant exactly watch out for if he gets stuck im glad hes learning
