Ok I just put two female betta in the same tank, and one of them is a tiny bit bigger than the other. The bigger one is sort of slowly chasing the smaller one and the smaller one is swiming away! Are they fighting?!?!? Please help!!!!

You need more females in the tank if you put 2 in there they will fight because it's just them and the dominate one will only have that one to pick on. You need to have more in there and how big is your tank and is it heavily planted and have a lot of hideouts? You need to separate them! Get more females then introduce them first and make sure it's really planted and you have a bigger female then all the rest!

Are they in that two gallon tank you mentioned in your other thread?

Females shouldn't be kept together unless there are about 5 of them and then you'll need a tank over 10 gallons that is heavily planted. Otherwise they will fight, they are aggressive fish and it could become ugly.
