Help! I just noticed about five tiny white dots on my bettas head and I think it's ich. I am currently getting ready to move him into a hospital tank. Anybody have any good remedies on curing ich???? Please help I don't want it to get worse

Raising the temp of the water to at least 86 will kill off the parasites by interfering with their ability to complete the life cycle. That's really all it takes, the vast majority of the time. I would not move the fish to a quarantine tank with the heat treatment - treat the main tank.

I had an outbreak of Ich in my betta sorority tank and all I did was turn the heat up to 87 degrees for 2 weeks and everything is now fine.
