Yes we need photos please, ICH is often misdiagnosed. If you are going to treat the ICH you will need an adjustable heater. There are meds to treat it but I have never used any and I am not sure if it is frog safe.

Moving them with a bit of their own water will not matter because they are already infected and any water you put them into will be equally as affected as the current tank water. ICH looks like salt sprinkled all over the fish, usually starting with the fins. If you only see one or two dots, wait a few days and see if more appears. If you see more, raise the temp to 86 (you will need an adjustable heater) and leave it there for a full 3 weeks. You will need to turn on the filter, as the hotter water requires more oxygen. Please post pics when you can.

Ok when I zoom in it does look like ICH so I would get the heater asap. If you want to go the medication route then hopefully someone else can help as I have never used any for ICH.

ICH is a parasite, it will not go away on its own.
