Hi, we need some help with out betta. He got out of his tank last week when we were changing his water. He’s been hiding ever since and not eating, until today when he came out for bloodworms. He has a noticeable mark on his back with a noticeable discolouration that I’m hoping someone can help me with identifying and what needs to be done.

His dorsal fin looks strange. I would guess fin rot but based on the dorsal fin, it could be fin loss instead.
