Symptoms and Treatment

I can't tell if something is wrong or if I am being paranoid...
He is supposed to look like this but lately his color looks washed out and he has what looks like a white stress stripe

Im wondering if maybe he has internal parasites? But his behavior is normal

Tomorrow I'm gonna do a 100% and clean the decor - just in case something is upsetting him.
Im thinking maybe internal parasites? he eats but seems kinda skinny

Is his poop white and stringy? - If ever you feel your fishy is sick and its not like a bloat type thing you can always do a 10 Day AQ salt treatment, it promotes healthy goodness and improved gill function. No long then 10 days though.

As for as I can tell, the poop looks normal and he acts normal but his color is washed out and he has what looks like a faint stress stripe and a hole in the top fin. I think that may of been caused by using too much prime. i have another CT that I can't use prime with. he gets all clamped up when i use it but when i use stress coat, he is fine. Can fish be allergic to stuff?

I also have some IAL in there too.
