this info is from my last betta, i just bought one today!
Housing:
How many gallons is your tank? 5
Does it have a filter? yes
Does it have a heater? no
What temperature is your tank? 20-24 cels
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? no
Does your Betta have tank mates? What kind? no
Food: flake medley and blood worms
What food brand do you use? bettamin flake medley, nutrafin basix blood worms
Do you feed flakes or pellets? flakes
Freeze-dried? yes
How often do you feed your Betta? How much? once a day lil pinch sometimes once every second day
Maintenance:
Before your Betta became ill how often did you perform a water change? once every few weeks depending on water
What percentage of water did you change? 25-50
What is the source of your water? tap
Do you vacuum the substrate or just dip out water? dip out
What additives do you use other than conditioner? What brand of conditioner? just conditioner, not sure the brand, i dont have it on me

What are your water parameters? Please give exact numbers. If tested by pet store please get exact numbers. "Fine" or "Safe" won't help us help you. Important: Test your water before the regular water change; not after one.

Does your Betta have any history of being ill? not sure
How long have you owned your Betta? few hours
Was he or she ill or suffering some sort of damage when purchased? didnt say
my bettas chin and head has a few spots, they dont look like bumps, everywhere i read looked like ich thats the best picture i can get, he’s still in the tub i bought him in for right now i’m moving him soon, just wondering if he needs meds or its just the water from the pet store
