Ideas wanted for a proper 10 gallon divided aquarium for 2 male bettas.

I am interested in ideas for:
*Filtering systems (if I need one filter or two).
*Already planning on 1-25 watt heater on each side.
*What to use to divide (do I want them to see each other at all?)
*Any other brilliant ideas.

I think it's Pitluvs who does this, but it's a super idea. Make a middle section, just large enough for a filter and a 50 watt heater. That way, both sections get clean water and heat. 2 25watts would struggle.

Me, too. Works great. And you have less worry about anybody jumping the divider.

I rec a 50 watt heater too, those are generally easier and cheaper to find as submersible+adjustable anyways.

I have a 6g tetra whisper filter that is very compact, you could put two of those in a 10g tank I also have a 20g in my 17g, much larger but I am in love with it XD I think the biggest they go is 40g but I'm not 100% sure.

Do they have carbon in them? I have live plants and they don't seem to be thriving in my old tanks and both tanks have the smallest whisper filter built in w/ only a carbon filter.
