Check eBay... there's a seller named Amy something or other and she has the best prices. They'll come straight from Thailand and I think she offers free shiping.

I get the cheaper leaves - her "C Grade" ones and they are usually pretty big sized leaves and most are in very good shape. Some have some holes and whatnot but still are still pretty nice looking, for dried leaves.
