My blue mustard gas betta with fins so large he cannot swim has spent the better part of two weeks flopped on the bottom of the tank. I have checked parameters, lowered the water level and offered daphnia and bloodworm. He doesn't even flinch.
I can see gill move ment but no other signs of life except maybe from one spot on the bottom to another but not far.
I feel so sorry for the little guy but I can't see watching him suffer any longer.
Is it time to put him out of his misery?
