They dont seem to mind, wen they see the net, they rarely try to escape.
I feed my female bettas separately from my tetras (neon/glow lite) because they sre little pigs just like all bettas
So i put them in a half-gallon tank (actually a partly filled 2.5 gal plastic cereal container) and i give hem enough food for one fish divided between three, and then they go eat what the tetras didnt for the rest of the meal and i pour them back, as i pour, demeter willingly swims down the stream, apherodite lets herself get pulled out and persephone swims away untill there is no water in the container and slithers out. always it goes like that. is this too stressful? demeter has stress stripes sometimes, not always thats it
