Hi,
I have had my betta for about a year now and about 4 weeks ago he began to develop white spots but only on his pectoral fins, I was told this could be ich and therefore bought some medication for that.
I treated him for 2.5 weeks and there was no change in symptoms, he has recently been moved to a new tank ( been cycling for 3 weeks ), as I was worried perhaps the water he was in was causing issue.
Within a day of being in his new tank, he has developed a new white spot behind his eye ( photographed ).
Is this actually ich? I don’t know what to do anymore, but I really don’t want to lose this fish

So far he has been as aggressive an eater as ever, quick to flare at any newcomers, and has not shown signs of lethargy.
