Okay this is really gettin' old. I'm getting sick of posting here when I need actual help and getting bumped down is not cool! This is the third time this has happened when I needed help and got ignored! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
Is this ich!?
Okay Lulu has been doing so well but just a few minutes ago I noticed this white dot with two smaller ones on his back...I don't know what it is I don't know if it's ich or not...I have ich meds so I can realistically medicate him right away but I need to know before I start adding them!
He's in a two and a half gallon tank, heated, currently being preventionally treated for finrot as he's a tailbiter.

Ich is salt like grains, so it should be easy for you to identify.
Not to sound pissy or anything, but it seems like you're always terribly impatient for anyone to answer and ungrateful for when someone does. Since you said it's only a few spots, then it isn't a serious emergency. Just a possible beginning of ich, which is easily resolved.
If it looks like salt-like grains, then either treat as directed by the medication or treat conservatively with aquarium salt : 1 tsp/gal and 100% daily water changes for up to 10 days.

The only reason is I've been in a position where I wasn't sure what to do and lost two fish because of it. One got taken by dropsy and the other I don't even know what killed him. I don't mean to sound impatient or ungrateful infact I'm grateful to any help I can get. My betta's are just as important to me as my dog is.
EDIT: I apologize for causing any trouble. I just checked on him...The ich-like spots are totally gone. I guess it was another case of calcium deposits like the last time I thought he had it.
