I just got Cheetah last night and he did not eat last night or this morning, but he did eat just a few hours ago for the first time:) I have a 5 gallon tank and cleaned everything and added water cleaner stuff. He is super active and swimming around a lot now. I was just wondering if his coloration is normal. Around his chin and forehead area he is a little white. There is also a little red blotchiness on his forehead. I don't know if this is normal or if this is a problem. Please help:) His natural colors look like he has red fins with a little bit of blue closer to the body and a reddish/purple body!

I have a female with similar coloration, a light, red-washed body with darker fins. She has the same blotchy red markings on her face and head.
So I think it's just his natural coloration.

(Mine doesn't have the gorgeous blue fins, though - that is very pretty!)

he is very pretty, but it looks like normal coloring. most likely, expect him to color up more, since he is new and is in a nice inviroment
