It's probably nothing, i just want to make sure.

My fish has like little black dots on his fins. (the ones on their side that they use to swim.. whatever they are called. :L)

What size is your tank? 3.5 gallons (14 Litres)
What temperature is your tank? Not sure.
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? no
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None

What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Betta Pellets, and the occasional live bloodworm or mosquito larvae.
How often do you feed your betta fish? one pellet in the morning, one at night

How often do you perform a water change? once every week or two
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Conditioner, Ager, & currently to treat fin rot, Aquarium Salt and Wardley Fungus Ade(whichwas recommended by the fish store).

Scout has Blue side fins, and he's fine. Jem used to have black dots on his top fin, and he was fine too o3o
