lighting for 5 gallon planted tank?

So I am currently using a 10 watt CFL,
The packaging states 50% 10,000 k daylight and 50% daylight.
My question is this, is this bulb sufficient for good plant growth in a 5 gallon 16x10" tank? Also, what about algae growth and the bluelight?
Im currently growing anacharis, anubias, and soon java moss, which I would like to carpet. Thanks!

For those plants, and most plants, that bulb will be fine for your tank. It shouldn't stimulate algae growth any more than a plain 6500K bulb would.
