So one of the new arrivals appears to have pop eye. She's already in QT with nitrofuracin green. Should I add an antibiotic or see how things go with the green? Lol, she is also definetly NOT a giant either.

Give her some time in clean water and she should be good.

If you want to give her some relief from the swelling use 1 tsp/gal epsom salt and dissolve before adding. This will take out excess liquids to bring down the swelling. Use this for 7-10 days with 100% daily changes.
