Microworms can be used as a substitute to baby brine shrimp. I prefer these worms over using brine shrimp for the first 3 weeks because the worms will only sink to the bottom making them easy targets for your little fry. Brine shrimp can swim away making them more difficult to catch. Fry that are fed microworms have an increased survival rate. I've bred fish for 3 years and rarely do I have any losses. Your fry will grow faster, grow healthier, even colors develop faster and are noticeably brighter.

How long does it take for a Microworm culture to properly establish? At least in your experience?

Just watched a U-tube video on heat tape. It might be a good tool if use properly, but it looks to me like you have to be carful where/how you cut it. And they mentioned some type of insolation covers for the connection ends.

I'd still be concerned with what happens if a tank springs a leak. Per the video the current runs through the length of the heat tape, hense why you have to be carful how/where you cut it.

2-5 days to establish but mine always have good worms so it normally only takes 2-3 days i feed my worms way more than other sellers i can post a pic later if you need some MWs?

UPDATE!!!! all MWs now come with tracking i will also include extra MWs please let me know if you going to culture them in oatmeal or instant potatoes i culture in both and can send Oatmeal or potatoes cultures IMO potatoes smell better than oatmeal next customer gets a discount

Ok guys i have ready to go cultures with containers.they are 8.25$ for a small and 9.75$ for a large .shipping is about 2.00$ for the small and 2.50$ for a large. both come with tracking for free and .if you want insulated bubble mailers its 1.00$ for the non ready to go cultures. the ready to go's come with there own shipping containers.
