I think his a turquoise from the last picture but someone more experienced should be able to help you.

It's quite hard to tell with the lighting there, but im thinking Royal blue, the white on the edge of the fins is quite interesting, i think the fins could have abit more growing to do & the caudal could extend more with white, making me believe you could have a butterfly....but time will tell.
For a plakat the fins are quite long/large, you could also have something along the lines of a PKxVT which gives the longer fins, I could be wrong in that sense, but a picture with better lighting & of him flaring would be helpful.

i don't think he is a PK though, probably is idk. but from looking some kind of steel blue or royal. lighting will help

Sorry i can't get him to flare.He is still scared of me and at the shop i saw him flare at others with a 180 degree short fins so i think it would be a HMPK.
