wow they are magnificent! His splitting should heal quickly. Benz just split his tail too and in two days it was totally gone I was impressed by how fast it got fixed

Absolutely stunning. I was just curious if mohawk was a CT/HM. I have never heard of them before but you mentioned his 180deg spread and he is definetly a crowntail.

Stunning!!! Just make sure you make regular water changes and he will heal up fast. I have tail bitter and his tail healing fast. I do extra water changes for him.

But do you know the reason why his tail split like that? Is it was like that when you bought him or it something new that happened while you have him?

His tail was split when I brought him home from the store. I don't know how it happened.

He looks very healthy so if it something abnormal it will heal up very fast just make sure you do his regular water changes. How big is your tank? How often and how much you do water changes?
