New betta don't know what she is

looks to be a double tail type, possibly marble, but maybe grizzle

I don't understand how someone can not realize that their own pet is swimming in dirty water. They must not care that much. Sad..

That's true, but I don't blame the girl, she was only 6, I blame the parents getting her the fish and thinking that a vase with plants on top is enough to feed the fish... like this fish must have been starving! I guess they did the right thing and gave the poor baby away to me. And the vase was so narrow!

<3 you for taking the baby in. I swear this guy looks similar to my male. I agree on the double tail. And he looks similar to my betta so I'm leaning towards grizzle colored. But his fins look marble.
