I recently bought a Male half-moon betta and was wondering what is the best thing to feed him. I currently have him on Betta Pellets and Freeze Dried Bloodworms. Are Microworms recommended?

Microworms are too small for an adult betta. Things like blackworms, grindal worms and white worms would be a more appropriate size.
Generally a good quality pellet is recommended as the staple of a betta's diet. However, frozen foods such as bloodworms and brine shrimp are appreciated, as are the live foods I listed above.
What pellet do you have him on currently? Some brands are better than others.

you could give your betta mosquito larva thats good and pellets and bloodworms i recomend you to give your betta a varety of food

I currently have him on Tetrabetta Floating mini pellets (w/ Color enhancement).

Based on the ingredients list I found online, that is a pretty poor quality fish food. This food is basically all filler with only one meal ingredient high enough in the ingredient list to make much of a difference.
I would personally switch to something like Omega One or New Life Spectrum. While they may be more expensive, they are a higher quality product and better suited to feeding insectivorous fish such as bettas.
