Went to clean my tank today and noticed brown blotches on my anubias. Also, have some spotting on my amazon swords, that now have small holes in them. Was wondering what I can do to fix that up. Have medium lighting with seachem flourish tabs in the tank. Thanks.

how long have you had them in the tank? is it a new tank that was just set up? Plants can melt as they try to adjust to the water. Let's hope it's just that and nothing too serious. ^^

Hmmm... then you might need some pant food for them? 20 days should have been enough for the plants to recover.
I use this kind of food for my plants: LINK though I might be getting this for mine cause I have an all natural planted tank. LINK

EDIT: didn't see you said you added the seachem flourish tabs in the tank! LOL never mind the links then. =P is there a limit on how much to put in the tank?
