I'd like to paint some terracotta pots to put in my aquarium, but I don't know if paint would be harmful or not. Should I use special paint? Or can I use regular paint and smother it in epoxy? Also, would the paint fade in the aquarium?

I've read on several forums that Krylon Fusion is OK.

I don't have any personal experience with this, though, as I've never tried to paint anything. I've come across the subject a few times while looking up DIY projects, and have seen it mentioned by several people.

I've read the same thing about the krylon. They rec'd that you use several very thin coats, and let it sit for a day or two to really let it get dry.

Hm. I have plain white PVC pipe that I use for caves. And I think I have some Krylon Fusion paint, too. Hm. Sounds like I need to do a little DIY project.
