Java ferns and any type of anubias does well in low lighting. I also have hygrophila corymbosa and vallisneria spiralis in my super low lighted aquarium. Look at the "Easy Care Plant Guide v. 2.0" in the "Betta Fish Bowls, Habitats, and Accessories" part of the forum for an entire detailed list w/ descriptions of easy plants.
