Please help me I don't know what's wrong!!!!

So my betta Mars has been suffering from fin rot and I've been treating him with clean water but when I got up to feed him and the others he didn't come up to the feeding hole like always and I then saw him on the bottom of the gravel not moving. I immediately got him out and noticed he is very clamped, lethargic, and pale. He was perfectly healthy yesterday and I don't know what's wrong!!!!! He also seems to be very weak and having a hard time moving.

Please help! I've had Mars since he was a baby and I love him very much and I can't bear to see him go. Please! I'll do anything to get him better. No matter how much it's costs or the time.

What size is your tank?
What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter?
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated?
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Does your fish have any history of being ill?
How old is your fish (approximately)?

A picture would also be really helpful!

Oh yeah that's some nasty rot... I would go get some antibiotics pretty quick. See if you can get API triple sulfa, unless you're allergic to sulfa meds!!!

Yeah. His fin rot has gotten a lot worse in the past 3 days for some reason. So what's that medication? Is it good? Have you used it before? I'm just a little scared putting meds into his tank if his body is weak but if you think it's fine, I'll believe you.

Actually it looks like he's bitten his tails and now he's clamped up from stress, especially since it progressed fast and its a large chunk right in the middle of the caudal. You can still use antibiotics if you truly feel he needs it. KanaPlex would be the best as it is gentle on the system, you can also use Maracyn II or Furan-2.

I was seeing all the loss on the anal and dorsal fin - is that just clamping and a weird angle?

It's not tail biting that's just what it looks like and sorry for the weird angle. Once I get home I'll post a few more pictures that are better. I bought some bettafix just in case while I was out

Well initially he did tail bite and then from there it has turned into what looks like fin melt. And in the 10, does it have live plants or no? If it doesn't then that tank needs to be done weekly which is probably where he got his infection from after he bit his tail and opened up a great place for the bacteria to settle in.

In the case of Fin Melt, Triple Sulfa is fantastic generally for helping it clear up, you could also use Furan-2 if you can't find Triple Sulfa.

Why has he gotten so sick again? Please guys. I can't live without my little Mars. Luckily he's eating. But barely. I want to save him.
He's gotten really lethargic but I can tell he's really fighting to be himself.

He appears extremely underweight and scared. I recommend keeping his tank dark and quiet, popping a towel around his tank to keep the heat in better.

The medications suggested will take care of his fin issues, the rest he will need time and some nice food which i can see you are doing your best to get into him.

Fingers crossed he shows improvement
