She may still grow a bit, I am not familiar, with how big a centimeter is compared to an inch, I know it is smaller though.
She may get eggy at times, she may drop the eggs and eat them. For breeding bars that only usually happens when breeding, not sure so maybe a breeder can help you out on that one.
For how dense a sorority needs to be, you shouldn't be able to see the other side of the tank. Also, for a 10 gallon 4-6 is fine, 5 is a good number though.
