Daughter's tank. I recently changed the water, cleaned the rocks, the castle, and the coral.

Instead of using tap water this time around, I decided to use Ozarka bottled water.

The water was a little warmer than what he is used to this second time around, and there are bubbles all over the glass.

Is this okay?

Bubbles are fine, yes. A change in temperature means the fish needs to be acclimated... as does a change in PH/everything else.

the bubbles are fine. I sometimes have them when I do water changes as well. They usually go away in about a day.

Just as an FYI, using bottled water is not always the best to do. It may not contain some of the buffers & such that regular tap water does. May I ask why you chose to go with bottled water instead of your tap water?

Good point - if you use bottled water you should dose with RO water conditioner
