So excited! I bought two beautiful boys I hope to show and breed on aquabid recently.

Ren is a Monster Fancy Devil HM and is named after a character from a japanese visual novel I love called Dramatical Murder. He looks like he might go blue on me and he just looks like a Ren!

Kamui is an Elephant Ear Lavender Grizzle HMPK and he gets his name from the Vocaloid Gakupo Kamui because his hair is purple and he is usually drawn in a light blue or light purple kimono so that one came right to me

Neither of them have shipped from their breeders in Thailand yet, but they have been paid for. I am anxiously waiting to hear from the breeders about shipping
These are the first fish I've ever bought on aquabid and other than ordering some shrimp last year from shrimpfever here in Canada, these will be my first flown in fish. Oddly enough my chinese crested puppy was also a jet setter, his breeder lived in Ontario and I am in Alberta so I had to pick him up at the airport <3

Nope not yet, but soon! I just sent the shipping payment to the transshipper so hopefully they will ship here in the next day or two.

You're from Edmonton? So you dealt with Hung. I know Hung does a shipment once a month. I may not have my facts so straight because this is the very first time I've imported fish, ever, but what I understand is Hung the transshipper, only sends fish out once a month? Now I could be wrong so maybe email him asking when they'll be shipped? Because he shipped my fish last night when he actually got them from the breeder on Saturday..again I could be very wrong but that's what I know about the process.

I am and yes I am dealing with Hung. He sent me an e-mail to let me know he will be shipping the fish out on the 15th. I'm not sure how it works, I'm assuming to import them he has to rebag them and probably a quarantine process or something, but I honestly don't know. Let me know how your fish are when they arrive, hopefully all goes well

Just popping in to say, if I understand correctly, you can't show fish you've bought. You can only show fish you've bred.

My fish came in a few days ago! They're doing amazing and I just adore them so much. They definitely make me want to buy more haha.
