Sanitizing?

My betta recently passed from dropsy, how could I sanitize his equipment and tank so it is free of bacteria?

I've seen bleach methods, but I am a bit skeptical to do them

1 part bleach, 20 parts water. Rinse well, you can let it air dry & use, or double up on the dechlor if you use it right away.

+1 to tolak. I use a bleach and water solution all of the time, it works great!
