Ok, wanted to know, because I have 3 spawns growing up right now, 2 steel blue and red spawns, and a red and black x light red spawn (all spawns are 2 weeks old and under) - I was wondering if I saw some rosetails early on if I should just cull them? or let them grow out? Wanted to know if anyone would want a rosetail or not? I will probably have rosetails in 2 of my 3 spawns, as one spawn consists of only 1 fry, and no matter what he or she is I will be keeping it for myself
I know alot of people on here want show quality, but I know we all love every betta, and if someone was wanting a cheap or free pet quality betta would they mind if it was a rosetail or feather tail? I personally have owned several feather tails (never spawned them) and they are still beautiful, so it may be hard to cull these guys. Of course the ones with deformities will naturally be culled, I wouldnt want to give anyone a deformed fish.
