So, I've got like 2-3 weeks till my IAL ends up getting here. Should I stop conditioning my fish? Or just condition them for longer?

Condition them for longer. Never hurts.

If you went through Amy expect them to be here within 10 days. They usually arrive very fast.

IAL is not a necessity, I know some people that don't use it at all. I used Oak leaves myself.

The longer you condition your fish (within reason of course), the better. I keep all my fish conditioned all the time, so it is not an issue...
