I got my betta a week ago. and yesterday he started to act funny. He would float on his side for a little bit then go back to floating right. Around an hour ago I saw a tiny piece of his tail fall off. I think he might have tail rot but I'm not sure because this is the first betta I've owned. He also hasn't really eaten much. I cleaned his water on friday.
