I lost my Boaz about a few weeks ago, and I'm still a bit upset.
He was the first betta I'd had since I was just little, and my first blue betta. (even though he wasn't completely blue).

He had terrible finrot, but he took his own life by jumping onto the floor in the middle of the night, leaving me to pick him up in the morning... Didn't help that my male crowntail (below) passed the same night.. poisoned by bettafix..

The jumping you couldn't help and as for the bettafix, I don't see why they still sell it, so of course I don't blame you. Honestly they sell toxic tank ornaments, poison medicine, and 1/8gallon bowls, if they did that to dogs there would be riots. Just remember that memories will always last longer than flesh and love will last longer than even memories (their love for you included)
