smokey water?

I really don't know what's going on with this tank, the water has a smokey look to it and I haven't even done a water change, just added a bit more to decrease the aeration of the water, any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Hi Wulfie..are you saying Increase aeration, or really decreasing? if you add water, that decreases aeration?? did you add hot water to cold, or cold to a warmer temp..?

I added water so the waterfall from the filter wasn't making as many bubbles
