Someone help! Please

So, Triton has been doing great. He had a small case of fin rot over Christmas vacation. We got that all taken care of! THANK GOD! We just did a 100% water change, cleaned the rocks, tank walls, plants, and accessories that were in the tank. Today he seemed to have found a cubby hole in the log we bought and now he won't come out? He tried to fit in a gap between a rock and the wall as well... I mean i'm happy he's exploring, but I'm nervous. I don't know if it is just me freaking out but he seems like he is swimming funny too! Someone please help!

Usually if you are observing him too closely, he will act differently. watch him somewhere where you know he cant see you.... hopefully that will help
