How many female bettas can live in a heavily planted ten gallon? I have seven, currently split in two groups. My dad was suggesting that I put them all in his 110 gallon planted tank with his angels, but I've heard mixed reviews about bettas with angels. He has kept a male PK with angels before with absolutely no issues, but I suppose it's just a situational thing.

Anyway, I just need to figure out where to put these gals. Suggestions?

I would place them on the 10 gallon. About 5. As keeping them with angels is very risky and there is a high chance of fighting

As long is the tank is really heavily planted, they'll be fine altogether in the ten gallon. I second Mo - I wouldn't risk them with the angels.

I'd do 6-7 under proper sorority conditions. That's about the max.
