I was using a DIY CO2 system (yeast and sugar) and I spilled a little in my tank! I changed as much water as I could. Do you think the betta is going to be fine??

I would think so, but don't take my word for it, (Just so I won't accidentally lead you astray!) But I am almost positive it will be fine.... Yeast and Sugar don't sound like harmful ingredients. Just to be safe, do a 100% water change and wipe out the tank. Or if you have a big tank you can't possibly do a 100% just clean as much as you possibly can. =)
