Super Black at Durham, NC PetCo (delta)

If you live near Durham, NC there's a black delta tail at the South Square PetCo. He looks like my plakat. Enough so that I would guess they're siblings. Can one spawn have plakats and delta tails? I refuse to buy it, because I prefer marriage to another black fish...
