I'm ataching some images, so you can tell me if is tail rot.
The fish is in a 12L tank and it is allone, the temperature is 25 C, there is no filter, I'm using a conditioner, and I fead the fish flakes 1-2 times on a day.

Thankyou in advance and sorry for my bad english.

It looks like he's biting his tail a little bit.

Rot is usually a black edging to the infected fins and they slowly dissolve away.

If chunks go missing, check plants and decorations as anything a panty hose snags on is enough to rip their fins.

Treatment: lean water, high protein foods, and possibly adding more soft plants.
