Tips for moving a set-up community tank?

Hi, all. I am going to be buying a set-up community tank (a 46-gallon) off of Craigslist. It is about 90 minutes from where I live. It has the following fish in it: 1 ancistrus, 2 crossocheilus siamensis, 1 epalzeorhynchos frenatus albino, 5 glow gymnocorymbus ternetzi, 5 hemigrammus erythrozonus, 5 paracheirodon innesi, 1 pterophyllum scalare, 2 epalzeorhynchus kalopterus, 3 hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi and 5 caridina multidentata shrimps. (It's this: http://harrisburg.craigslist.org/for/3707790091.html)

I realize this isn't specifically betta related, but can any of you give me tips on how best to move the tank and keep the fish as unstressed as possible? My current plan is to get several 10-gallon buckets, put the water and the fish in those, leave about a fifth of the water with the shrimp in the tank, and move it like that. Does this sound like a good plan? Any tips anyone can offer me?

Thank you, both! There is some large driftwood in there, so I may put that in one of the buckets. The saran wrap is a great idea too.
