I've been feeding my fries with bbs but sometimes i brought some shells or eggs of brine shrimp into the tank.Is that ok for the fry because i saw some ate it and poop it out.
Any help is welcomed.

Its best to limited BBS shells and unhatched eggs as much as you can...If the fry eat too many it can cause problems-mainly buoyancy issues....

Perhaps it is good fiber??? hehe.

Mine seem to eat them once in a while, but i'm really not worried about it. I'm sure wild fry eat a lot of things that are not really food.
