Hey guys! It's been quite a while since I've been active on this forum. I've been soooo busy with homework, I barely have time to eat dinner and exercise as per my new diet plan! I have some good news and bad news.

Bad news- While I was gone, I lost Douglas, my gorgeous and sweet jet black bodied with green and red fins king male. He will be dearly missed. It was rough losing him.
I also lost Poinsettia, my sweet little Christmas girl. She was so innocent and shy, but she always greeted me when I entered the room. Dear girl, you'll be missed as well.
I'll be posting in the memorials forum later as well.

Good news- My mom got into betta's! She picked up two 2.5 gallon tanks and brought home two fish, as well as her own decor (and I must say her taste is different than mine as far as decor..) One of her fish is a GORGEOUS bright pink veiltail that I'm definitely gonna steal soon Pics up soon!


I hope I can reconnect with old friends and make new ones. Glad to be back home!

Hey. Welcome back!! I know the feeling of being too busy with school work. I have had days where it's grab a donut before class, grab a sub for lunch, study in between classes and go home and study some more. It can be virtually impossible to stay on track with diet and exercise... among other things.

Sorry to hear about your losses but that's great that your mom is getting into bettas!
