Hi everyone! I had a question about water for my betta. Where I live we have hard water. The pet store, which I've learned on here isn't reliable, said that spring water with the dechlorinating chemicals is best. Should I just use the tap and chemicals? Will the spring water harm him even with the chemicals?

I might be over thinking things, but I want the best environment for Angus.

I would recommend using your tap water with dechlorinator to keep your Betta.

This species will adapt to your hard water and since this species has been domesticated and reared in harder waters-they tend to have less health issue when kept in harder water.
