Swims fine, eats fine, but has a bump on one side.
I just noticed it few days ago, not sure how long he might of had it

Might be a fungal infection but I am not sure, maybe you should try to get a better pic without the flash!

I'm afraid the picture submitted isnt really able to show the problem spot. Can you grab a clearer picture of the area at all?

Also a description of the spot is important- where on the fish is it? is the spot fluffy or smooth? Dark or light in color? Is your fish trying to scratch/bash the spot against things or does he not seem to notice?
